I have a better plan for the new taxation plan for the future generation. We all have studied the process of electrolysis in our education in earlier classes, but we never found a reasonable use of it. We have too much of salt water in our oceans and also we don't need to mix it with an electrolyte for a better conduction. So by not taking so long, we have a process called electrolysis, in which we take some water and add some electrolyte for better condition and flow of electricity, as we take salt water ie H2O in which 2 atoms of hydrogen and a 1 atom of oxygen is there. As we know in future there is a great demand of oxygen for billions of lives and pollution free fuel such as hydrogen so we should make a change in the taxation system and plant a set of electrolysis system in each house of an individual, and we make them convince that a small amount of electricity they used for the production of oxygen and hydrogen. So that it could make a significant flow of oxygen in the atmosphere. At that time we don't take too much of tax from them and in return we would ask them to make the process of electrolysis for a significant time period and  the amount of money that is used for this production of oxygen and hydrogen we would grant that as their tax. As we have to make this change for a better taxation system in India. The process of electrolysis is explained below.
